Self-aggrandising is what people who have got fuck-all going for them do. It means boasting about yourself and your abilities, telling everyone how wonderful you are, broadcasting copious quantities of bullshit thickly overlaid with FIGJAM. Normal people exposed to the effects of some self-aggrandising nonentity usually experience attacks of acute nausea followed by the need to get as far away as possible from the source irritation.

In Argumentation, the act of constructing a line of reasoning unreasonably, its construction built on a foundation of subconscious bias, in order to give the appearance of making a point, for the sole purpose of exaggerating one’s metaphoric genitalia while systematically minimizing their opponent’s.

Self-aggrandizing is the process of claiming past accomplishments or attributes about one's self that promote one's self. Typically, these claims stretch the truth or may even be outright lies.
Someone with delusions of grandeur would make self-aggrandizing claims.

When Nick tells girls he's in the Mafia, he's simply self-aggrandizing to impress them.

aggrannirritating 

To be, at the same time, aggravating, annoying AND irritating.

To lose your wallet is aggravating as you KNEW you had it a moment ago, annoying as you'd only just put money into it and irritating as you'll have to phone the bank to cancel all your cards. All in all it's a bit aggrannirritating and might make you want to go and cry. Or break something.
