The process of shaking dry when lacking a towel and refusing to air dry over time. The process usually flings water to and fro as a mangy mutt would.

A marine hookup used to supply lake/ocean water from underneath the boat as a means for cleaning, etc. It is not a sex thing you filthy barnacle.
