A boring little town in the middle of West Virginia. Located here, is the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, where many patients with mental disorders and such came from across the east coast. The town itself, is small and insignificant, with nothing ever happening. EVER.

Ramps are found across eastern North America. Richwood, WV has an annual Ramp festival in late Spring where people from all across America come to eat Ramps.
