Upsidaisium

An anti-gravity metal featured on the cartoon series ROCKY AND HIS FRIENDS/ABC/1959-61 & NBC/1964-73. Upsidasium was discovered by Dewlop D. Moose, the uncle of Bullwinkle J. Moose. Rocket J. "Hokey Smokes" Squirrel and Bullwinkle protected the Upsidaisium mine from falling into the hands of Pottsylvanian spies Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale who sought to use it for their nefarious scheme of world domination. Because the government needs Upsidaisium, Bullwinkle and Rocky fly the mountain to Washington. Also thwarting them at every turn are Mojave Max and Death Valley Dotty (Boris and Natasha in disguise). TRIVIA NOTE: In the 1990s, there was an Australian rock band called "Upsidaisium."
The source of upsidaisium was Mount Flatten, a mountain located in the American southwest that floated high above the ground (due to the mountain being full of upsidaisium).
