University of Southern California

Private Institution as suppose to the Public institutions such as UCLA, which also includes the same system which runs our jails, garbage, and other useless crap that this state can't afford.

2003 USC Football National Champions

Cross-Town Dominance.
5 game winning streak against the UCLA Bruins, who fired Bob Toledo who had a 8-5 2002 season for Karl Dorrell for a 6-7 2003 season. Now I'm hearing chants of "Fire Dorrell" - Pathetic fans.

USC - Coach Pete Carroll
Since 2001, USC has defeated UCLA by a combined score of 126-43. 2 Pac-10 championships, 1 National Championship, 1 Heisman Winner. Think UCLA can top that in 3 years?

USC - 2 straight years, 4 game winning streak against the lackluster UCLA basketball team. Pretty sad seeing a UCLA basketball tradition go to waste.
USC is a great place of diversity. You see a plethora of HOT sorority girls, rich people and famous celebrities among the student body, and a school pride that strikes fear into the Bruins, who can't even get students to attend their basketball and football games because they are so lousy. USC is a school that is ranked in the top 30 in the nation, a school where students are getting their money's worth. You think a $4000 UCLA education can get you much? Take a $40,000 education, and you get the Trojan Network, better yet, 4 years of the best times of your life.

If only UCLA people can see past their own ignorance

The truth is that UCLA and USC are both good schools. There are good people and pricks at each school. The rivalry between the two breeds hatred in certain people on both sides. I'm a UCLA student, but I respect USC.

It's cool that we compete in everything, but it should be a friendly rivalry. This hatred is just not needed. The fact that LA can house two prestigious universities like UCLA and USC is amazing.
We're all smart people at UCLA and USC. Let's act like it.

The University of Southern California is a world-class leading research university located in downtown Los Angeles. It has the nation's best film school and its communication, engineering, and business school are all in the top 10.

Both USC and UCLA are very good schools, anyone who needs to trash talk the other to make theirs sound better is just foolish.
There are some challenging and some not so challenging professors at USC. But the same goes for UCLA. I've sat in on classes at both institutions.

University of Southern California.

The University where students are too busy becoming rich and successful to talk trash at
Dude, did you see how bad USC is getting slammed on

No man, I'm too busy running corporations, living the good life and gettin that paper

A really costly school in the pits of LA. Really prestigious if based entirely on the fact that it costs a lot of money. Also, lots of beautiful and rich women with boobjobs.

Academically, a small joke. Class difficulty seems to be on par with the Community College level. When I audited some classes there, it appears my lower division classes at UCSC (Notice the extra "C") were more difficult than the upper divison classes there.

Anyways, the beer at the football games is too expensive and the cheerleaders are butterfaces. Also, when people do that pumping Trojan "V for Victory" salute... from a distance... looks oddly like a field of people giving a fascist salute. Coincidence? Maybe, just maybe...
Dude, the whole stadium's doing a "Heil Hitler"!!

University of Sucking Cock
N, used to describe the habits of the "students" (both male and female) of downtown los angeles
USC "graduate":"I graduated from the University of Sucking Cock, now my degree is worthless and I have herpes in my mouth!"

1. University of Spoiled Children.
2. University of Second Choice.

Self explanatory unless you're from USC.
USC's reputation has improved over the years: it's gone from being the University of Spoiled Children to the University of Second Choice. That's pretty promising.

A famous private university in Southern California, whose academic and athletic reputation is overshadowed by a silly rivalry that they have with another excellent school, UCLA. Most students don't really care, but the playfulness of the rivalry is ruined by a minority of mean-spirited killjoys on either side.
USC idiot: Hey UCLA! We've risen 50 places in the US News and world report rankings! We'll probably beat your sorry asses this year!
UCLA idiot: Well, at least I don't go to a university that really stands for University of Spoiled Children. Hur hur GET IT?
