someone who has a twitter account, yet believe themselves to be too boring to post regular updates while still managing to criticize everyone else on their lack of twitter activity.

Thoticism
The act of being a thot. It is essentially the behavior associated with those of thots, who cannot or will not commit to any serious relationship they are in. They would rather let their addiction to attention get the best of them.
Mitticism
A response to a question that begins by appearing to answer the question and ends by explaining that the speaker doesn't want to answer that question, at least not now, though there will be a time for that later.
Energy Policy Mitticism: "I have a different approach I think, generally, to the role of government as it relates to energy, as well as other aspects of our economy. And it flows from a growing perspective I have throughout my life and, frankly, during this campaign about the power of individuals as opposed to government, individuals pursuing their interests and dreams.
