A weirdo or a creep. Someone who gives off the air of being sketchtastic. Usually pertains to a person.

"Hey, man, did you see that guy back there with a hook for a hand?"

Self-stranging

When a person sits on their hands until their hands go numb then proceeds to masturbate. The purpose of this is so that it feels as though someone else is performing a hand-job.

n. An amazing song released on the 1978 Rush album "Hemispheres". It is a 9+ minute instrumental that perfectly exhibits the virtuosities of Alex Lifeson, Geddy Lee and Neil Peart.

Alex Lifeson's 7/8 guitar solo in the middle of "la villa strangiato" was so ridiculous that it made me involuntarily spray diarreah everywhere!
