When you work at a small gas station, and the person that relieves you of your shift is your boss. since he is the boss he doesnt have to be on time. Being upwards of 1 hour late.
So he is on his own time zone known as BST.
I was supposed to get off work at 6am CST but didnt get off until 6am Boss Standard Time BST .. which was more like 6:40CST.
