The expression "What have you been doing, smoking the crack pipe?" led to "You need to back away from the crack pipe" led to "Don't worry about it, we'll just smoke something up to solve that problem."
"What are we going to do about the brand new project requirement that we just received?"

"Don't worry about it, the rest of the team and I will just smoke something up tonight and have it ready for testing tomorrow."
