When a woman wakes up in the middle of the night because u've jammed your ram rod down her throat.

Patient: Hey Doc I can't sleep at night I think I have sleep gagnea.
Doctor: Did you say sleep apnea?
Patient: No gagnea, you know when a man wakes up a woman in the middle of the night with his schwansenstugger.
