Rash cunt 

The opposite of cunt rash. If you have cunt rash, you have a rash on your cunt. If you have a rash cunt, you have a cunt on your rash.

I'm really hurting downstairs, and the rash was there before I had a vagina, I think I have rash cunt.

Cunt-rash 

A red dotted rash that appears around the vaginal area of a woman as a result of obeseity. Sometimes causing bleeding and also known to create a horridly smelling scent from a cheese like discharge from the rash. Not a very good thing to have when indulging in oral sex, especially if you are the giver to that who has the Cunt-rash.
