The Rotus is the last fart that expelled before a bowel movement. It is usually the foulest smell that any person can emit.

These people are people who are slowly starting to turn for the worse but they are only considered a "Rotu" if there're becoming a worse person as in like a jerk or an idiot.

I have noticed that Herndon has starting to become a rotu recently, I hope he changes soon.
