That one person that acts tough and always gets carried by his stronger friends and family that he is always with but he ain't shit. He is also the hypeman of the group. And pretty much makes his friends and family his hitman. But when the fight starts, he just runs like a pussy. Nowhere in sight.

Person: "Yo wassup, wanna fight?"

Puffy: *gets his older brother or cousin*

Person: "Uh what? I was talking about you!"

A person who's got large muscles, but isn't cut up. Thus, the person ends up lookin swollen all over. Not necessarily fat.

Can be caused by the consumption of too many protein shakes without proper aerobic exercise.
