I want to post a collection of stories about all of the ridiculous conversations I've had while working in customer service, but I'm worried I'm going to get a lot of Pinkham's Law responses.

In any internet post about terrible restaurant customer behavior, no matter how terrible the behavior in question, someone will show up to try to justify that behavior.
That commenter who defended the guy who threw a plate at his server is a great example of Pinkham's Law.
