Orange Squeezer

Placing a balled fist forcibly behind someone's knee and then pushing the calf towards the thigh so it squeezes the hand and greatly annoys and frustrates the recipient.

Rob gave Joanna an orange squeezer and made her cry while she laughed at the same time.
