It's an acronym for "oh my glow cloud"
it's also a way to say omg (oh my god) for non religious people

ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY GLOW CLOUD!

In any mundane sentence where you would otherwise use omg

fx. "Omgc, is that true?!?!?"

OMGCL 

OMGCL or, 'Oh My God, Chocolate Labradors' is camp exclamation which can be used when surprised or aroused. The phrase is most commonly used when presented with chocolate coloured labradors, but can easily be adapted to suit any social situation.
