Nut plunger

When the water level in a toilet is extremely high, so high in fact, when you sit down to take a dump you nuts get wet.

Guy 1: "Why are your pants wet?"
Guy 2: " Fuck, that toilet in the Wal-Mart was a nut plunger!"
