1. In the manner of or resembling a novel.
1b. Like a novel.

2. A letter, email, journal/blog entry or comment which is very lengthy and long-winded.

3.When something is much longer than originally intended.

4. A stripped down version of a novel.

1. I hope you enjoyed my novelesque letter--I guess I had more to say than I thought!

2. His journal entries are always very novelesque. I've yet to see him use less than three paragraphs to express his ideas or describe what he had for breakfast.

3. Sorry for the novelesque response, I kinda went off on a tangent there.

4. Her NaNoWriMo submission was more novelesque than a true novel. Perhaps she'll make more of a concentrated effort next time.
