The networked person is not necessarily a household name but can be, the bottom line, the powerful people who matter know this person, their family, or have crossed paths with this person in the past.
if your running for office, having a fundraiser, or want hot people to come to your party you want this person on your team he is networked and can make it happen.

Networkered was created by Greeism who wanted to advertise Class 465 on Stepford County Railway Discord. It ended up being a meme on SCR. The meme was overused and it died within 3 weeks. Some people are still using this meme which is cringe.
