Definition: a common disease, like the flu, that occurs around January to March every year when people in the musical end up completely enamored with each other due to the fact they spend every waking second together...
Symptoms: dating, stalking, drooling, and flirting....
Cure: two months after the musical when you realize that you don't hang out with that person anymore

Jill and Jack never talked before the musical, now they're dating, they obviously have Musical Syndrome.

When the main character in a production (Mostly Disney) that appears on either television or film such is normal in the beginning, shallow in the middle, and becomes normal again in the end, realizing what a total dick it was. I just call it HSM syndrome because it's one of the most obvious film you would see it in.
Troy Bolton in HSM 2
Jo in Mean Girls 2
Kady in Mean Girls
They are all clear examples of High School Musical Syndrome. If you don't believe me look it up for yourselves.

Someone with Music Tourettes Syndrome (MTS) Is usually someone who has mass amounts of music, which is necessary for the constant changing of songs.
If you find yourself in a car or listening to music with someone with MTS, its best to not get too involved in listening to a song, because within the first 30 seconds or so, they will change the song. Its all about the constant turn over of songs, they seem to lack the will, patience, or attention span to actually listen to the entirety of a song.

Ted selects "Losing My Religion - REM" on his iPod.
30 seconds later, Ted changes the song.
Stacy: "Hey! I like that song..."
Ted: "Uh huh..." *Scrolls through iPod for next song.*
Stacy: D:<
Ted has some serious Music Tourettes Syndrome.

Feeling that kicks in when a girl watches some romantic movie, usually Disney like High School Musical. Girl gets romantic vibes on the perfect romantic guys in the movie that do romantic stuff to show their love. After seeing it, girl starts to judge her own relationship or loses interest on normal real guys, because reality seems way too simple to the new high standards caused by a movie. Also -- HSM Syndrome.
"Why won't he drive his way to my house in the middle of the night, because that would be just so freaking romantic, but nooooo guys are just way too "lazy"!"
"Oh gosh. What a total High School Musical Syndrome..."
