A piece of white trash from the fine state of Maryland. Mootins are well known for their love of Nascar, Budweiser, David Allen Coe, or a nice family dinner at Hooters. Commonly mistaken for rednecks, mootins are a special breed of people.

Mootin' Cootin'

Used to describe the effects in the mouth from smoking marijuana. Usually it is a very dry feeling that does not allow you to speak correctly.
