Someone who jiggles their leg constantly. A leg jiggler is usually anxious, they have no control over this effect and needs to seek medical attention.
Palmella Handerson kept jiggling her leg in class she wouldnt stop jiggling her leg, her leg kept moving up and down but it wouldn't stop. She is known as a leg jiggler.
