When a person is completely wasted from smoking of a marijuana plant.

The word came together by infusing the words KNOCKED OUT and KANO (from mortal kombat, ovo).

Pete: "uhhhh... hmmmm... what? who? mince pies?"

Dave: "That dude be Kano'd!"
