Irish Car Bomb 

A potent mixed drink, usually part of a late night drinking session at dive bars or pubs between a young man and his friends, often consumed as a statement of solidarity. Drink is made as follows:

1. take a shot or double-shot glass and fill half-full of Bailey's Irish Cream
2. fill the rest of the shot or double-shot glass full of Jameson Irish Whiskey (or your other favorite Irish whiskey). The whiskey and Baileys should remain separate. Use a spoon to poor the whiskey over the Bailey's if necessary.
3. Light the whiskey on fire and drop into a half-pint of Guinness stout!
4. Slam the glass down after drinking mixture in one full gulp!

Yelled: Barkeep! Irish Car Bombs for my lads!

Bartender: What'll you have?
Patron: Irish Car Bombs for me and my lads if you please!

Irish Car Bomb 

A cocktail made of Guinness Stout, Irish Whiskey, and Bailey's Irish Cream.

The key to the Irish Car Bomb is to drink it very quickly before the Bailey's reacts with the acidity of the stout, causing it to curdle (essentially turning it into cheese). The result makes the cocktail very unpleasant to finish.

Start out with a glass of Guinness, or Guinness mixed with a shot of whiskey. Then paying close attention to time lapsed, drop a shot glass full of Irish Cream, or Whiskey and Irish Cream into the glass. Chug.

The Irish Car Bomb is very filling and is recommended to consume it early during a night of drinking, as opposed to late.

I love turning drinking into a sport, so I ordered an Irish Car Bomb.

Irish car bomb 

A drink consisting of a shot glass full of 1 1/2 oz. of Hennesy Irish whiskey and 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish creme. Drop the shot glass into a 1/2 pint of Ginnuss sp? and down it quick.

Atomic Irish Car Bomb

An Atomic Irish Car Bomb is exactly like a regular Irish Car Bomb, except you use much larger glasses. The primary glass, which is usually a regular 12-ounce pint glass, is replaced with a much larger/oversized beer mug (usually 30+ ounces in size). The secondary glass, which is usually a 1 ounce shot glass, is replaced with a regular 12-ounce pint glass.


How to do it:
Fill the 12 ounce pint glass up halfway with Jameson Irish Whiskey, and the rest of the way up with Bailey's Irish Cream (Yes, that’s 6 shots of each.. 12 shots all together). Then, fill the large beer mug halfway up with Guinness (this should usually be about 15 - 20 ounces).

Submerge the pint glass halfway down in the giant glass of Guinness, take a deep breath, drop it in, and immediately chug like you've never chugged before. When you are finished, slam the giant glass down and take another deep breath. You stomach will feel like you just ate an entire thanksgiving dinner, and you should be extremely drunk within 15 minutes.

TZ: "Yes! Actually, make that 2 bottles of Jameson, and 2 bottles of Baileys. I want to do a few Atomic Irish Car Bomb's tonight!"

Irish Carbomb 

1. A mixed drink consisting of half a pint of Guinness, with a shot half full of Jameson and half full of Bailey's dropped in. Needs to be chugged ASAP before the entire concoction curdles in your mouth.

2. A drink that will fuck you up so bad your head will feel like it has been in a major terrorist explosion the next morning.
