After slipping off her medications, sending obscene messages and forgetting her Facebook password again, Britney leaked a case of Identwitty Theft to the tabloids.

Identity Theft Enabler's Act 

a policy many states have in which drivers licenses are sent through the mail instead of being issued in person so that someone can simply steal drivers licenses out of people's mailboxes making it much easier to commit identity theft

I just got my drivers license renewed and thanks to the Identity Theft Enabler's Act somebody stole my license out of my mailbox and used it to get 6 credit cards in my name!

Identity Theft Theorem 

A mathematical theorem stating that any given number may equal any other number. This theorem can also be used on itself, meaning it may be used in anything imaginable. this theorem cannot be proven or disproven because in either case, the Identity Theft theorem can be used to prove just the opposite.

Examples in math:
3+3=8
1=487
38=58

Example in an argument:

Two people are arguing which is better, Mario or Zelda. Person A believes Mario is better because of the massive amount of games he has starred in. But person B uses the Identity Theft Theorem to prove that Mario IS Zelda. When person A says that that makes no sense, person B may say that by using the Identity Theft Theorem, he has proven that nonsense in itself is now sensible. But since person A may also use the Identity Theft Theorem, there can never be any true winner, unless the Identity Theft Theorem on the outcome as well.

The fraudulent appropriation of someone's identifying or personal data or documents, such as a driver's license, social security number (in USA), medical records, credit cards, etc. and then using that information to fraudulently procure goods and services essentially trading on the victim's good name.

TOM: "I had a job interview. They couldn't hire me because I had just been fired after working there for two years. Rather, the identity thief was hired there using my social security number and name to pass the background check. Now the state is after me to pay back the welfare benefits he got after losing his, er... my job."

PHIL: "Yeah? FBI raided my house and took my computer because someone opened a child porn website using my name, address, and credit card information."

BOB: Hospital almost gave me a lethal dose of insulin because the identity thief who stole my identity was diabetic so it showed up in my charts that I was diabetic. Thank goodness the doctor tested me first.

TOM: "Dang, remember when identity theft only took your credit cards and drained your bank account."
