Any political or legal institution that passes and enforces laws that specifically benefit or favor the female sex over the male, while at the same time fully understanding that these laws oppress Men, and relegates them to the status of a second class citizen in the eyes of the law.

Specifically, a term used to describe any legal court, legal system, or legal procedure that favors and benefits Women disproportionally over Men. A term often used by men who feel they were treated unfairly by the divorce and family courts.
