Describes a kind or thoughtful action, word, or gesture performed by a girl who would normally be considered too beautiful to be so kind. Usually includes a stunning smile. Most often used colloquially around the central-east coast of the United States.

"Megan Fox just adopted three African children, and blinded the paparazzi with her smile." "I'd call that a Greysonism."

Verb to describe guys who are used to being known for multiple talents, ireland, pizza, Italian, blue eyes, very good height (won’t specify), and amazing grammar. Really cool guys who have 10/10 smarts. 10/10 looks. 10/10 height. Everyone loves them.
