The act of pointing and laughing at an unaware victim while holding a cigarette half-cocked in you mouth and being photographed. Much like lynndie England.

Doing a Lynndie 

A form of humiliation first popularized by Lynndie England in Abu Ghraib. Involves forcing male captives to stand naked with bags on their heads while a guard stands pointing awkwardly at their dangling parts, all while holding a cigarette limply in their mouth.

A: What should we do with these terrorists?
B: Get a picture of me doing a Lynndie!
