Similar to a human Resource department except that the Consumable Resource department is one in a corporation where people are used, abused, bullied by managers with senior management approval. The department that manages human capitol in a company that works people extra long hours with low wages.
I just had my performance review by Consumable Resources and they cut my pay and raised my hours again.
