Being like a government employee who knows nothing and does nothing and is protected by law to continue a career in doing so.

Today is too beautiful of a day to work. I think I'll be Cleonic and drive my government SUV to the beach to relax.

Sorry to be so Cleonic, but can you do my work for me while I take a nap.
