Acronym for "Circle of Poor Decisions," a drinking game in which several people stand in a circle with a bottle of Andre Champagne. The aim of this game is for everyone to swig from the bottle, and pass it to the person next to them. The game concludes when the last person to drink finishes the bottle on their particular turn. This person then must throw the bottle into the street, shattering the remnants of the once full bottle.
