CBA Syndrome 

CBA - can’t be arsed. Where you suffer greatly from lack of inspiration or any kind of determination that you can’t get anything done, or maybe you’re just lazy and can’t be arsed.

Kevin: do you want to go out today?

Bruce: No, I’m suffering from CBA Syndrome

Or

I’ve been wanting to make a short film and I know I need to put work into it but I’m suffering from CBA syndrome.
