The feeling in when you cannot stop the thoughts in your brain and they are going 100 miles a minute and it won’t slow down and you feel like your buzzing

Bumentality 

A portmanteau of Bum Mentality, Bumentality (pronounced buh-mentality) refers to the thinking of someone unwilling to act or impose their will if it comes with the risks of failure or embarrassment. It is not designed as a permanent description, you can have strong people be troubled with temporary Bumentality.

LA : Damn, I was hooping with Rio and he got himself an open shot, but then just chose to drive into the other team.
BR : Yeah, that bitch has bumentality
