A baby bully. Either friend or relative but usually an evil, demented, violent, or retarded sibling.

Big Brother: Hey ugly come over here and smell my butt.
Lil baby: WHAAAAAAAAAAA!
Dad: Billy come here you little Bullby so I can break your fingers.
