Meaning something very negative.

Almost comparable with using "a load of shit" or "bag/sack of shit" in a sentance.

"Hey bill how was that girl you met last night" - "she was nothing but a bag of faces"

When a person is so (ugly) or has alot of marks on their face that their face looks like they got hit in the face with a bag of hot nickels.......the hot nickels would leave disfiguring marks.
