An initialism for "brush this one under the rug" commonly used by corrupt law enforcement personnel to provide a quick understanding of a situation.
Crooked cop 1: Dispatch there was an unregistered discharge, the butt of my plastic taser apparently instantly killed the uh perpetrator um requesting permission to uh brush this one under the rug over.
Dispatch: Uh this is Dispatch uh that's a negative um he's much loved by his daddy.
Crooked cop 2: Could we not get a BTOUTR on this one!?
