An initialism for "brush this one under the rug" commonly used by corrupt law enforcement personnel to provide a quick understanding of a situation.
Crooked cop 1: Dispatch there was an unregistered discharge, the butt of my plastic taser apparently instantly killed the uh perpetrator um requesting permission to uh brush this one under the rug over.
