Anorexic Banquet

The term describing a meal consisting of only a small item of food that one has consumed for lunch, such as a breakfast bar or 'nutritious' sweets

Terrance: I had a big ass slab of Battenburg for lunch what did you have Philip?
Philip:I had an Anorexic Banquet

Philip: A nutrigrain bar :(
