A phrase uttered after another person asks a question that was answered in a recent conversation. Origin comes from "scrolling up" in a text-message conversation.
Person 1: Hey, what club are we going to tonight?
Person 2: Dude, we just talked about that 2 minutes ago. You need to scroll up and stop asking stupid questions.
