They can be seen wearing leasure suits or wearing something that looks like it's from the old days but really isn't. There usually found in advertisement but have been known to exist off stage.

Term used to mock crappy retro pixel art/stuff that poorly replicates retro video game graphics. Stuff like this is often seen in faux- retro games and in animation
