Tried to make it up by building the Iowa Speedway Nascar track that brought zero jobs. Uses old Maytag buildings for a wind turbine company that brought many Mexican's from (see definition of) Marshalltown, IA, and a box plant and bullshit entry level crap work. Also, Chicago started sending their section 8 black gangbangers to town, so now there is not just the white trash, but plenty of Mexican's and blacks. Still only one Asian.

A small town in Southwest England, between Plymouth and Exeter. It is known locally as 'the most usual and uninteresting town in the known universe' for a very good reason. The mayor of Newton Abbott is a well-known pillock. So much so, that he actually halted all traffic to the town centre and closed at least 3 major roads purely in order to build an ASDA supermarket, on a site that was once a major byway.
