The idea is derived from the theory that someone can in fact be so inadaquete that when they speak or perform an unintelligent act that there "Negative IQ" creates a suction or "Vortex" where nearby intelligence qoutients spiral out of control into IQ absoulute zero,which is the focal point of the vortex (the person causing the dimensional void)
It is now commonly used as a put down to someone who says or does something dumb or to insult a generally uninteligent person.

The apparent idiocy of a character in a movie that does selectively moronic things that no real human being would ever do, usually for the purpose of advancing a lousy plot. Examples include, going back for the dog, entering a creepy-looking house alone wearing only your panties, and of course suddenly forgiving a love interest who treated you like dirt through the whole movie just for the sake of a happy ending.

The IQ that your butt can't possibly possess which BTS's Rapmon certainly does being a smart ass brainy he is. A person with the IQ level between 0 to 1. Used jokingly or with a despiteful overtone to describe some one with absolutely stupid or silly behavior or extremely low intellectual level. Some one who is idiotic. Could also be used to describe a narrow minded person whose view of the world is only black and white, and nothing in between.
