Property of Ones

A very important and benefitial rule for drinking beverages of a beer related nature devised by the great and wise Strong Bad.
It stands for the fact that a cold one's quality degrades with a rise in temperature, thus making it less of a cold one, and no longer drinkable.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This rule does not apply in countries where room temperature ones are enjoyed.
- Under the right circumstances, a cool one, can be quite refreshing also.

Transitive Property

1. If A=B, and B=C, then A=C. Used in Geometry.

2. If Person A hooks up with Person B, and Person B hooks up with person C, person A has hooked up with person C. This property is hated by most high school/college age persons.

3. Definition 2, as a verb. To hook up with someone by the transitive property.

1. Angle XYZ is congruent to angle BAC by the transitive property.

2. I got with Dana yesterday, she got with Joe the day before... Now I've hooked up with Joe by the transitive property... damn.

3. We all unknowingly pulled a massive transitive property by hooking up with Julie.

Stigmatized Property

The National Association of REALTORS® defines stigmatized property as: "a property that has been psychologically impacted by an event which occurred, or was suspected to have occurred, on the property, such event being one that has no physical impact of any kind."

The previous owner’s son committed suicide over a bad grade, the house he did it in is now a stigmatized property.

substitution property

The idea that if a = b, then a may be replaced by b in any mathematical or algebraic expression.

If x = 3, then use 3 instead, its part of the substitution property.
