An individual who's always at fault. It doesn't matter if they were involved or not, just always blame Dub. Usually causes wipes in raids like Destiny 2.

In reference by west-coast rappers, a dub can be known as a hand sign, which represents the West-coast of the United states (Usually California, where a majority of 90's rappers hailed from).
