It is derived from numerous threads started about various Ferrari Enzo crashes that occurred. For some reason us RL OT'ers were particularly drawn to news articles about celebrities crashing Enzos so we posted a lot of them - and many were re-posts.
In general, "Enzo" is meant to be a humorous way of saying "repost, you f'ing idiot" when someone starts a thread when there already is one on the subject. Dr. Jupeman, Rennlist

A pretentious jackass who’s to wrapped up in his ego to care about anyone or anything else. He says things without thinking and uses any excuse he can to get out of trouble. Extremely insecure and aggressive to people he knows are better than him. Usually short, and obsessed with being hot even though it’s a losing battle. Talks shit about people behind their backs and will backstab you if you try to be friends with him.
