Someone of no real significance or importance in your life, who's just kind of there as part of the human population waiting to return to their nest. They could someday be important to you, but until then they are still just a randomer.

Randomner- a Randomner is so someone whom doesn't give a shyt about the concequences and says totally random-have-nothing-to-do-with-anything comments.

Kid 1- Hey man im screwd for that test
Kid 2- ya same i don't think im gonna pass
Rankdomner- Man i wish i could jump higher then superman.... hehe i would be so cool, i would be like noobs cant jumps as high as me..hehe

Pairwise Randomization 

Used as a justification for fixing a draw in a sporting event. Instead of using the accepted 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7... etc. seeding system, the organiser of a tournament may decide that 8 has a greater chance of beating 1 than 7 does and therefore may chose to draw the tournament so that 1 plays 7 instead.

"I'm not sure that this racketlon tournament will be won by the top seed. We had better use Pairwise Randomization to make sure that our local favourite gets to the final!"
