When the prison guard tells everyone to "post up" he means for the prisoners get into line to be counted.

1. when you have just dumped or been dumped, and you are feeling majorly low, and all you wanna do is sit around and cry and eat chocolates and strangle the teddy bear he gave you...

2. if you've just been parted from something you majorly love, and you're really down about it.

"dude...i'm suffering from PBUS"

"damn it! i can't believe i'm not the play is over, i'm having theatre PBUS!"

Just chilling or hanging out somewhere, often with others, while leaning on a wall or post and lifting one leg, placing that foot against the surface you are leaning on. Folding the arms is also common, but not necessary.

"Before the bell rang we didn't have anything to do so we all decided to post up on the wall. It was B.A."
