Extremely wealthy town located on Long Island. The town is quite safe and beautiful, the people living there, however, are the most stuck-up human beings you can possibly imagine. Don't get me wrong, not the entire population of Garden City is like that. There are actually some awesome people who live there,but they are often referred to as 'loners', 'goths' or 'losers.' It's almost impossible to take a walk in Garden City and not come across a rich daddy's girl driving a brand new BMW carrying a Gucci or Coach handbag and sporting a pair of Christian Dior shades. The most popular trends in this town are preppy clothes such as Abercrombie or Ralph Lauren.
These rich teengers totally do not deserve all the wealth they posess because they do nothing but waste their parent's hard-earned money; they were merely lucky to be born into wealthy families, or families that appear to be rich. Few people in this town are actually as rich as they seem. They can afford those expensive luxuries only because their parents take out huge loans from the bank and are in gigantic debts hidden by a wealthy image.
Yes, many of these teenagers do get into Ivy League schools. But why? Because of their parents financial connections. There are people who work hard in school, but they are stereotyped as 'geeks' or 'nerds.'
The Garden City team happens to be named: you guessed it, the Trojans. Could it be more appropriate? It's no secret the kids there are, or desperately want to be sexually active. (For those of you unfamiliar with what I'm talking about, Trojan is also a brand of condoms.) The town is filled with sluts, whores, and guys who want to get into someone's pants, after all, it's almost what teens talk about all day long. Surprised?

Garden City is a town in Western Long Island filled with preps that think they are black. the average high schools kid ipod(and yes, everyone has an ipod...no exceptions)is filled with 50 cent, kanye west, and usually some form of gangsta rap. the kids are incredibly rich and annoying with exceptions. there are some really cool and down to earth normal kids in the town who have been RAISED RIGHT. the main problem in this town is that parents dont raise their kids right. parents let their kids stay out all night when they are 13 years old, and then dont discipline them when they come home drunk and high. However, there are kids in this godforsaken town who are genuine people who are actually going somewhere on their own , not just because of their last name or inheritance. But these are few exceptions because the entire town is filled with two-faced, snobby, annoying kids. And another thing that pisses me off, everyone says that gc is a Roman-Catholic town which is true but probably less than 15 percent of this town actually observes their faith on days other than Christmas and Easter. The point of this tirade is, gc is filled with snobs for kids, and adults who are not good people. But there are exceptions so just open your eyes.

a mid-upper town. Where everyone hides their insecurities with money. The girls are sluts, most with really bad fake tans and will be quick to suck a dick like its the newest fashion trend. The guys there think their hot even when people beg to differ. Some are really conceited dicks and take longer to get ready in the morning than most girls. At GCHS the teams there are either good or they suck ass. The hardest thing to do there is find a genuine nice person. Its a great place for kids if you wanna get caught up in drugs alcohol and sex.
"Jock": Do you remember that party last night in garden city, where you passed out on the floor, before this girl gave you head! hahaha you should go get tested who knows where that mouth been.

Eastern Long Island town that is often referred to as rich considereing that many of the houses in the center of town go for over a million dollars. Not noted are the lesser houses on the west and east side of town which are prodominately going for 500,000 dollars, a normal price for a home on long island. Many students dress similar but the over abundance of "preps" is not so noticable anymore, there are in fact many skaters, punks, and people who just dress however the hell they want.
Very misunderstood as a snobby rich daddy gives me everything i want town, garden city is mostly not that. Most kids dont drive a BMW, half the school doesnt play a sport, and Imsure if you went to Manhassett, the same amount of jocks would be getting into Ivy League schools too. Oh yea, the smart kids get into those too if you didnt know.
One last thing, our ceilings were replaced and fixed in 2001. And the money used for the turf was donated by a country club specifically for a new turf field.

Garden City is basically a rich stuck up town with literally a bunch of preppy air heads who think theyre rich but theyre not. My friend is super preppy and her dad is a lawyer so that makes her kinda rich. she is such a prep i amazes me she actually passed middle school. i mean yes the high school's field was built kinda crappy and yes the school and town is big on lax. i have seen them play and they are not freakishly good. i mean the sports teams here are like "you win some, you lose some", not "you win em all, lose none". i mean have ya seen the way we dress, STUPID!!!!!!!!! I mean all the preppy girls wear crap like coach, abercrombie, hollister, and the worst is juicy. And preppy boys wear clothes like Hollister, Abercrombie, Lacoste and Polos, (which are meant for fuckin dumb asses who have no brain or no life) come on polos are ugly and stupid and no one should wear them cause theyre just another way to make people in this town seem more preppy, rich and stuck up and snobby. i mean i dont even know what juicy is. but i do know that its ugly, stupid and oh yeah POINTLESSSSSSS!!!!!!. and i mean look at our cars. yea those spoiled brats who are daddys girls and who crash thier cars for no reason just so daddy will buy them a more expensive car. and the high school seems like its falling apart yea and even though it seem =s like we have a lot of money some of us don't, even though the town looks it. And most people who live here arent even rich at all and some people dont own any expensive companies or are CEOs, NO, some people just live here and might even be in debt, so you cant judge the people who live here without even thinking about who lives here and what theyre expenses are, including the people who live here like the people on snob hill, but not everyone is like that trust me, i am like the only one who actually agrees with all of you, just not 100 percent. Like the preps yeah idiots cause no one really should care about designers and stuff. anyone who has a brain wouldn't be caught dead shopping at STUPID places like Abercrombie, Hollister, Coach, or a dumb place like Juicy. If you do, and if you live in Garden City, that just proves that your rich and that your a snob and stuck up and want to show it. cause trust me i have friends who shop at those dumb places and thats really dumb. no one with an inkling in their brain should shop there, non garedn city people i unfortunantly have to agree with you about some of this stuff.
