1: when you knock something over, break something or injure someone
2: if you didnt hear what someone said
3: an even politer way of saying excuse me (or combine both - sorry excuse me do you have a sec)
4: if you are late
5: if someone has died
6: if someone is in your way
7: if someone has annoyed you(sorry could i speak to the manager please)
8: if someone is disrespecting you
9: if you dont understand something (sorry?)
10: if you are actually sorry for something
