Abbreviation meaning "Mega-Dick" often serving as a warning that the name which precedes it is one possessing the Mega-Dick. The obly exception to this is if the phrase "Store sup" precedes it in which case it means "Micro-Dick" as a harsh personal reminder not recommended to be broadcast on the internet.
I thought I was a Doctor but my job is literally calling me micro-dick by putting MD after my job title and not after my name.

MD stands for Master's degree in Doctor wannabe.
The people that are good candidates for this credential behind their names, are people that think they know everything, snobby, pathetic in life and couldn't do much because they ended up being an MD for someone else. Most likely their parents wishes and not their own.

Son: "I think I'll go get my master's degree in doctor wannabe. So I'll be an MD, and pretend to save lives like in T.v."
Dad: "Good choice son, I am proud of you."
Son: "Oh, Father!"
*hugs*
See. Doing it just for the parents, especially if the mother is a CCRN and developed a complex because she couldn't be a real doctor because she was a hippy.
